Matt and Reza from F.L.A.M.E. Fire Shows will be on hand to teach beginners Poi manipulation. By the end of the session YOU WILL be able spin poi and understand the principles of the art.
This workshop is aimed at those who have experience in the art of poi and would like to push their skill to the next level. This workshop will focussing on the more technical side of poi spinning and deal with moves like anti spin, isolation and hyper-loop.
This workshop will take you through the first steps of juggling (throwing one ball) to the amazing moment when three balls are being thrown and caught! A fantastic opportunity to learn this highly beneficial art!
This workshop is aimed at fairly proficient jugglers wanting to expand their knowledge of tricks and patterns, 3 ball tricks, 4 ball work and some club passing. This is a great opportunity to gets some new inspiration and tricks to last you till next year!
In this introduction workshop we will cover a selection of core movements, including posture and muscle development. We will then put these movements together in a mini choreography. This workshop is suitable for women of all ages & abilities; all you need is a desire to shake your hips.
Contact staff is the the art of manipulating a staff using the body itself instead of the hands. Workshop led by Sandy.
This workshop will explore the different ways to spin a Cross leading into staff on staff contact (devil stick infuenced staff spinning). A basic understanding of double staff will be helpful but not essential. Workshop led by Tim from Chimaera.
