Terms & Conditions

  1. No refunds other than for the cancellation of the entire event. Tickets are non–transferable. If the event is cancelled a full refund will be issued.
  2. Individuals under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible, ticket-holding adult.
  3. Children aged 5 and under will be admitted free of charge BUT please notify us in advance if you do intend to bring children.
  4. Any one adult can be responsible for a maximum of 4 individuals under 18 years of age.
  5. Artist line up, special offers and attractions may be subject to change.
  6. In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests, we reserve the right to refuse admission.
  7. Individuals can be ejected from the site at any time if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate by the organisers.
  8. Please note illegal drugs are just as illegal onsite as they are off site. The Firegathering does not condone or permit the use of illegal drugs on site.
  9. Admission is at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at this event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles.
  10. Wristbands removed from wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. Lost or missing wristbands will not be replaced. Please take care of them.
  11. As a condition of attendance, you are consenting to being filmed and sound recorded for use promoting future events.
  12. No animals are allowed on site.
  13. Certain buses may be cancelled due to insufficient interest.  If the bus you have booked on is cancelled we will attempt to offer you a seat on a different bus, or refund your ticket.
