Firegathering location

The Firegathering site is accessible by car, train and we'll also be running a bus from Brighton.  Some example journeys are given below:

From Brighton

The Big LemonThe Big Lemon

The Big Lemon Bus Company will be running buses from Brighton to the site at the beginning of the festival and taking people home after the weekend. The buses run on 100% locally-sourced used cooking oil in order to minimise their impact on the environment. Bus tickets are available to purchase here: www.thebiglemon.com/firegathering.

From London

By Train

Direct trains run from London Victoria to Ockley station once or twice per hour - the last train on Friday night departs from Victoria at 19:20.  A free shuttle bus service will take you to the festival from Ockley station, providing a connection from all trains leaving London after 11:30. A return shuttle bus will take passengers back to Ockley station through the day on Monday.

By Car

All cars entering The Firegathering site will be required to have purchased a car parking ticket in advance at a cost of £10.  This is designed primarily to encourage the most efficient use of vehicles, minimising our environmental impact.  Funds raised from this will be used in efforts to lower the carbon footprint of The Firegathering. With the proceeds of the car parking ticket sales we will be providing a free shuttle bus to the local train station.

Driving directions to the site will be sent to ticket holders in the fortnight before the festival.
